Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Hello, we have configured the Amelia WhatsApp Integration on our website. However, upon creating an appointment in the calendar, we've noticed that it doesn't send a WhatsApp notification to the customer. Is this feature available, or can we manually configure it somehow?

Additionally, we are interested in setting up WhatsApp appointment notifications for our employees created in the calendar. We would like them to receive notifications about upcoming appointments. Is this possible, and if so, how would we go about setting this up?

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can create an appointment next-day reminder or for example, 1 hour reminder notification that will be sent to your employee before the appointment by clicking on create new notification like this

But for both of these we can not help much since for both of these settings around 99% of them are set outside Amelia. On facebook side and on the server with your hosting provider.

So for integration itself, you need to redo the integration and to follow the steps from our documentation that you can find on this link https://wpamelia.com/whatsapp-notifications and once you complete properly this integration and when WhatApp notifications are working then you need to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to set cron/reminder notifications on your server.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
