If you are referring to the tile color in the backend, in the appointment backend, this is already configured to follow the booking but based on where the appointment has been booked from. If the color is green, then the appointment has been booked from the frontend. If blue, it's from the backend.
Regarding new statuses and triggers, unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

Hi, is it possible to change the tile colour based on the status of the bookings.
Also is a it possible to create new booking statuses rather than pending / approved etc.
...and finally can I set a trigger that changes the status once and order is paid for via Woo Commerce linked booking
