Can you please advise us what would be the ideal setting for the user to be able to check the calendar (as our users do so) and book a class / or a package from the calendar? How can we assign a specific date and hour to each class appointment?
Is there a calendar to be shown for the appointments? How can the user see an overview of all the upcoming classes (appointments)?
By default, when you configure the booking form, on the first step, the customers need to choose the service, employee or location. Based on this selection, the timeslots will appear as the next step. Currently, there is no option to change the order of the steps. as the selection will always be first, unless if there is only one service or employee. Then the date/time step will be displayed as the first, since there is no selection (only one of each available)
Date and hours are not assigned to class appointments, they are assigned to the employee. The employee working hours is what defines the availability of the service that has been assigned to the employee. That means if the employee is working on service 1 and it has a working schedule, as soon as the customer chooses the service or employee, the timeslots will appear on the booking form.
You can find more information on how to configure the services and employees on this link.
