In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

A client has a flat rental website using Divi and WordPress. He now wants to implement the ability to make bookings from his website. I was thinking of buying your plugin and setting it up, is your plugin able to book rooms for flats, does your plugin accept the Redsys payment method, are you also going to manage it afterwards, is there a tutorial for your employees? They have no knowledge of websites.

We are not sure if Amelia is a good fit for you since the plugin cannot be used for multi-day bookings. Amelia is designed for appointments and the longest that you can set them to last is 24 hours.
