Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
In an other ticket I asked you about the following problem :
If I have a client who already has a package, let's say 10 tickets for a coaching session, but this package was sold in person and not online, and the client has already used some sessions, how can I reintegrate this information into the system? I create the client file, I add a package to it, but how do I subtract quickly sessions already used in the past ? I mean, i'd like to say : "this client, -1 service from this package" easily.
I noticed that I can create sessions for clients from their package, but it's quite time-consuming, especially if I have to reintegrate my entire client file with the current tracking of their package.
Hello Benoit,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have responded to the following ticket, please let me know if that works for you or not.
Looking forward to your reply.

Yeah but it did not really answer. I want a quick way to substract X services from a package without planning a service

I would like to manually add a package for a client, and then remove X Package in a few clicks without having to create an appointment each time to deduct sessions from their Package. Just to tell you for example if you have any remaining services from the Package, to finally say you only have eight left.
Hello Benoit,
Thank you for the update on this.
Unfortunately, there is currently no such option with Amelia's built-in features. You can suggest that feature on the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/
We carefully follow suggestions from our customers and the more votes the feature gets, the more priority we put on implementing that feature in one of the future updates.

Benoit, we are facing issues with packages, it's really too much hassle, looks like the package feature needs so many improvement.
You can use one trick as of now, before adding the package to a customer, just decrease the number of session/tickets as they have, let say from 10 to 8, and after completing the package purchase reset the number of session to 10
Hello Sayed,
That is a great workaround, thank you for sharing that with other users!
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
