In the console, i see that you have the "missing column id" error. Here is what you need to do.

During an update,  a new column was supposed to be added/created in your database, in one of Amelia's tables. For some reason, the plugin couldn't create that column, which resulted in the error.

The plugin tried pulling the data from the new column, but the column was never created.

In the plugin section, deactivate Amelia temporarily, clear the cache, reactivate Amelia, and clear the cache again. This should help Amelia to pick up the missing column.

Let us know if it works.

No data will be deleted, just make sure that the slider "Delete Amelia content" in Activation settings is disabled.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I've managed to solve it by adding the missing column manually in the database.

You are welcome. As said, this is usually happening during the update, but the missing column is now added, and there should be no issues.

Regarding the notifications, i recommend checking out the mail settings. We recommend using the SMTP protocol for mail settings and you can check the settings on this link.
