For that purpose, you need to click on the "Deactivate" button on the Amelia/Settings/Activation page and activate the license with the new purchase code that you can find on the TMS Store.
You will need to install the version of the plugin that you can find on the TMS Store. After that, clear the cache and the Standard license should be installed and all features shown.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry for the delay. I have just checked on the prices page and it does say that it accepts WooCommerce payments and deposit payments on the standard subscription.
This is frustrating as I only purchased the standard package as it said that I can use woocommerce payments. What payment options can I use and how do I set it up?

Thank you I was able to do that. I am now trying to add WooCommerce and it's saying that I need to upgrade to a pro licence to use this.
I am on the standard package which has WooCommerce Payment included in this subscription.
