I hope you are doing well. I was wondering how Amelia is currently collecting client's dates of birth, I see on my client database some of them have it and others don't. I know we can manually add it, but, I want to understand where it is pulling that information from if the form doesn't ask for it, is it from Woocommerce? (I have it for the checkout).
Also, if it's not automated and I create a custom field to get that info, will it include it on the CSV export file of my client's database?
By default, if no custom fields are added or such, on the booking form the mandatory fields are first name, last name, email and phone number (depends on the configuration), so i suppose this is coming from the WooCoomerce.
Also, in the Amelia Customers, if you edit the particular user, you can see a field "date of birth", so if you export this customer (and the information exists in this field) it will export it, as well.
You are welcome. Well, if you export the .CSV from the Amelia Customer sections, it will only export these fields
Let say that you added the birth date for a certain customer, it will be exported as information for that certain customer.
If you want to export the .csv of appointments, it will be the same. The custom field information (populated by a customer) will be attached to the appointment.

Hello Lucas,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
