Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Dear team

    how are you doing? My customer https://saradebecker.be has issues with bookings and confirmation emails that are not been sent to customers (or not delivered in SPAM). Also the booking was not registered in the Google Calendar.

    Is this possible due to the fact the update of the plugin was announced but not has been enrolled in the WordPress back-end? The automatic plugin update has been enabled so not sure what the issue could be. 

    Any advice?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

    1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
    2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
    3. The credentials are not correct.
    4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
    5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

    Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website and see what's going on.

    In regards to the Google Calendar integration, can you please reconnect the employee to a calendar and let me know if that fixed the issue?
