    Good morning dear support team,

    I was able to set everything up and the individual services are working so far, now I'm at the events. I was also able to create this and it works quite well. Now I have a question about courses: I would like to offer courses with 10 dates, but the participants can choose them themselves. However, these participants should not pay the full course fee every time, but should only register for the appointment.
    Is it possible for participants to book and manage appointments via their customer account?
    The courses are offered on an ongoing basis and there is no fixed period.

    I would be happy if there is a solution for this. Thank you in advance.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are little confused since you are mentioning events and appointments. They are completely separate features.

    We will try to help and explain how Amelia works. 

    1. For appointment we have packages of services feature that is available in Pro and Elite license you have Basic so you do not have this feature. With packages you can sell for example 10 appointments customer pays for the package and then from the customer panel they book the appointment when they desire.

    2. Events work in a different way. So if you create events that last 10 days when customer purchase a ticket they can attend each 10 days not just only one.

    If you want to give them access to only one day event you need to create 10 separate events and they can purchase the ticket for only one event. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/working-with-events/.

    Hello Marko,

    Thank you very much for your detailed email. If I understood correctly, such packages are not available for events, but only for services.
    That's a shame, I wanted to sell services that only require a one-time appointment. And on the other hand, events that take place continuously and the participants pay for 10 appointments but book the appointments themselves.

    In addition, the entire procedure must also be usable by my customer and must not be too complicated.
    I will discuss with her how she would like to remain.

    Hello again Frank,

    Yes, packages are not available for events but is you create one event that last 10 days with one purchase customer get access to all then days of the event. So this is sort of a package feature. The only difference is that you can not combine packages. This is available only within that one event for example 10 days yoga retreat. With one purchase they bought access for ten days.
