Unfortunatelly, currently, there are no integrated consultation forms, but since we don't have integration with any of them, we are not able to guarantee it will work, thus we are not able to recommend any.
Certainly, you can suggest this on our feature suggestion page, as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

I see you are now advertising the software for doctors and medical.
do we now have the option for consultation forms (possibly that are emailled to the client)
If not built in Amelia- do you have something you link into?
