In the Role Settings, I enabled the following Customer option: Check customer’s name for existing email when booking
However, it appears that existing customers can still change their first and last name while booking an appointment. (see attached)
Does this option only apply to Amelia customers accounts, or does it also apply to Amelia customers that are linked to Wordpress accounts?
In my website instance, I have WooCommerce integrated for payments, and therefore all Amelia customers will be linked to a respective Wordpress account.

Yes, this should prevent this but we do not see that you actually booked you can enter the data but when you click on continue so that you can finish the booking process it will show the error and they wont be able to book with different name.
