This is what a i was able to find in the console. It looks like there is an issue with the timezone.

Double check if the timezone in WP timezone settings. It should be set to city instead of UTC.

I went to your website (URL) to double test again, seems like the booking form issue is resolved, but at the last step, there is an issue with the Stripe, indeed.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.

Also, make sure that "test mode" is disabled when using the live credentials.

Have you also tried with a different theme? I could be an issue with the theme since the elements in the booking form are distorted, so it could be a conflict.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see them except us.

Apologies for the delayed answer. It look like the Google ReCaptcha is making a conflict here, since the key is not correct. If you disable ReCaptcha, the booking form does work properly with the Stripe.

Here is how it looks without the ReCaptcha - 

Double check the ReCaptcha keys and it should be working properly.

I've made a test appointment in February, make sure that you delete this one.

Well, in that case, make sure that the test environment is disabled, just Live mode enabled. Unfortunately, I'm not able to test this with the live credentials (yours) but since it is working in Test mode, it should work in Live mode.

Yes, you can have Google ReCaptcha enabled, as well.
