While testing the lite version before purchase I have some problems with entering an Event, after first good results I wanted to change something, it didn't work, after deleting everything, hebi k entered new events, I can't get them visible on my page anymor https://natuurrondleidingen.nl/6381-2/
Unfortunatelly, the link you've provided it's not working, but when you create an event, it will be automatically visible on the event list. Also, make sure that the option "show event on site" is enabled.
You can find more information regarding creating an event on this link.
Unfortunately I can't do anything with this, I'll be a little clearer.
When I create and save the event in WP it disappears into thin air, I have already created several events for April 25 and can't find them anywhere, not even in the Amelia dashboard.
I have already reinstalled the plugins but still I can't create new events.
I see, would you mind providing the WP admin credentials?
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
There is a mixed roles conflict in the backend for the WP user who should be an admin.
You should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee.
Every role has different permissions and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
The issue is that sometimes, even if you delete the other user role, Amelia is still saving the changes. In this case, you would need to create a new user account with the admin permissions.
