You can add the placeholder for the custom field in the notifications template, so each time the booking is completed, if the custom field is selected, it will render the information.
Other than this, the custom field information is visible in the appointment details.
Hello and good day,
I have set up an optional field in the order form. In my example: "Do you need a parking space?"
How can I ensure that in the email sent to me, it indicates whether the field has been selected or not? Currently, it is always being displayed.
Thank you and best regards.
Hello Sascha,
You can add the placeholder for the custom field in the notifications template, so each time the booking is completed, if the custom field is selected, it will render the information.
Other than this, the custom field information is visible in the appointment details.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
