Thanks for reaching out to us. You have WooCoomerce enabled, thus you are not able to configure any other payments. When the WooCoomerce is enabled, all other payments are disabled since WooCoomerce itself can contain other payments.
You would need to disable the WooCoomerce and then you can use the Stripe or other payments.
I don't know why Stripe doesn't work.
