I have a problem that I can't delete anything, whether it's services or old appointments or customers. Please note that I am logged in as an administrator! I also created a new user with administrator rights and everything is the same - I can't delete anything!
I have the latest version of WordPress (6.4.2) and Version 7.4
I would like your help without asking me to provide a temporary WP-admin.
I think I am capable enough to follow your instructions!
The reason why this is happening is usually because of the mixed roles conflict. For example, if the user that you want to use as an admin also has other roles, like for example, customer, Amelia will recognize the customer user role and it will create a conflict.
You can check this by going to the WP user and under the roles, there should be only one per user (whether admin or customer or employee)
If this is correct, i'm afraid that we would need to ask you to provide the WP admin credentials.
