We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have a problem that I can't delete anything, whether it's services or old appointments or customers.
Please note that I am logged in as an administrator!
I also created a new user with administrator rights and everything is the same - I can't delete anything!
I have the latest version of WordPress (6.4.2) and Version 7.4
I would like your help without asking me to provide a temporary WP-admin.
I think I am capable enough to follow your instructions!
Thank you
Hello Denis,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The reason why this is happening is usually because of the mixed roles conflict. For example, if the user that you want to use as an admin also has other roles, like for example, customer, Amelia will recognize the customer user role and it will create a conflict.
You can check this by going to the WP user and under the roles, there should be only one per user (whether admin or customer or employee)
If this is correct, i'm afraid that we would need to ask you to provide the WP admin credentials.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Denis,
Thanks for the credentials. This is what i see in the console as soon as i want to delete the service
This is related to hosting, so you need to contact them with this message.
Let me know when you have a feedback from them.
