If i understand this correctly, you want each employee to have a specific service assigned to his name, but without the possibility to "re-assigning" it from the employee panel?
As an admin, you can assign the service to each employee, and in the User Role settings, you have the option called "configure their services". Make sure that is disabled.
Unfortunatelly, there is no option to select which service they need to have as mandatory. They can either have access to manage their services or not (depending on the User Role)
If you enable it, they can see the full list of services they are assigned to, but they will also have the option to disable them, as you already know.
You can suggest this improvement on our feature suggestion page, and you can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, and bug fixes, freebies, etc.
Ok, I think I will write a function with cron to associate the service with the employee, if it is disabled, cron re-enables it by writing the value to the database.
Hello, I need each employee to have a specific course set and there is no possibility of disabling it from their panel.
Is there a way to do this?
Thank you

Hi Stefan, i know this method, but I need each employee to be able to set up their own services.
With your method I remove this possibility.
My question is whether I can assign a specific service without the possibility of it being taken away.
I'll explain better, on my site there are various services, each employee can check the service and enter their hourly cost.
However, there is a free 1-hour service, which every employee must make available.
I need this precise service cannot be unchecked.

Hello Paolo,
You are free to make changes, of course, but we always recommend checking with us first to see if there is a possible workaround or such.
Let us know if it works.
