Would you mind providing more information regarding this case? I can see that you have purchased Standard license. Have you installed this version of the plugin?
The employee needs to use their account for logging. That means that each user needs to have one user role assigned, either admin, employee, or customer.
It looks like the user that the employee is using does have multiple roles assigned and this is creating a conflict. He can only see the appointment that has been assigned to him, but it's also an admin at the same time.
You can check this in WP users. Please, let me know if it works.
That's correct. An employee with a user account that has an employee user role, by default, can only see the appointment assigned to him. A user with the admin user role (who has all the permissions and privileges) can see all the appointments in the backend.
You can find more information regarding the User Roles on this link.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials. This is what I was referring to. For the user glamincbristol.com you have two user roles assigned.
There should be only one user role, for this one, it should be just admin.
Also, other users should also have employee user role, since they are the employees. Make sure that you change this to the employee user role and then assign the WP user to each one
As an admin, you will be able to log in to the employee panel, but this is creating a conflict. Only employees should log in to the employee panel where they can see all the appointments assigned to them.
When you have questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
the appointments are not showing in the calendar. and there is no calendar tab in the settings.
