We created a Manager account (role: Amelia Manager) and nothing else. When they log in, they can see all appointments, but they are unable to delete/cancel the appointments.
Is the only way for someone to manage all the appointments is to give them full access as an admin? Seems awfully weird, I can't do that.
I would like to empower my team members to schedule their own appointments using the system, and cancel/reschedule/delete if necessary (their own).
If a client purchased a package deal, only the manager and admin can add appointments to that package (which is weird). Shouldn't the employee be also able to add appointments that are related to that package? (ie. 10 pack of 1-on-1 training)
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. At this time manager has almost the same possibilities as admin except that they can not delete things.
There must be some difference between roles. As for packages this also is not available for employees only for managers and admins.

Since Employee access is so limited. Can my coaches be Employees under the Employees tab, but then in the role, I manually set them to Amelia Manager so at least they can see the entire schedule and book people into the packages?
Yes, and no. So you must not give them addition roles since this will create a conflict of roles and Amelia will not work properly. What you can do is you can create a separate users with separate mail with separate roles. So the will have to user and 2 separate login. They can not be combined with only one user.
Hope this helps in some way.

What I meant was, they will only have the Amelia Manager role, but they are employees that can be booked for appointments, and events. Would that work?
I basically want them to have the ability to book someone in under themselves manually and it can go towards a package.
No, since this will create conflict of of roles which we have explained in our previous reply. They need to have to separate users for each roles with 2 separate logins and 2 separate mails. If you set all to one role manager and emplyoee Amelia in will not work properly.
