How do we make it so that if someone first signs up to an event, it'll automatically send them an email welcoming them with the user account information?
Right now, people register for an event, and then they only get notification about the event. For them to create an account or get their password, they have to go to Sign up, and then do a Forgot Password, so it to be sent a link to change their password.
Is there a way to immediately send someone that "Customer Panel Access" email right away?
Yes, of course. You need to add a customer panel placeholder to your appointment-approved notifications like this for example
And when they book for the first time and when they click on the link they will be redirected automatically to set the password and the user name will always be the mail that they used during the purchase.
You need to do this also for customer panel access as well copy and add this %customer_panel_url% there and when they forgot password they will be able to reset it. Also make sure that create Amelia customer role is enabled in role settings.
This should help.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
We are glad that we were able to help you. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
