When we first setup the site, we added English (Canada) as a language. So when we went into the notifications, we select the drop down English (Canada) and then updated the notifications there.
But then we soon realized, ok, we don't need the language, so we wanted everything to be global. So we went ahead and deleted the English (Canada) language and removed it.
However, all the emails that are being sent (notifications) are still the English (Canada) version of the emails. So it's a little frustrating, not sure what's the best way to delete them to remove this.
This is now tricky since you should not do this because Amelia is translated automatically to a language that you set in WordPress and in your page locale
Since you already set English Amelia will follow that automatically
Now English UK is saved as additional language in Amelia and this creates conflict.
We can try 2 thisng. You can manage English CA templates and your general and make sure that they are the same (for this you need to add English CA in Amelia)
Make sure that bot templates are the same.
Or we can try and set your WordPess to English US and your pages to English US instead English CA and this time do not add English as additional language in Amelia.
Then notifications should send only general templates.
Is there a way to delete the English (CA) version? (through the admin or even in phpmyadmin?) Or will I have to go to every notification and setup both?

One of these should help.

Hello Jeremy,
As Marko is out of the office, I will fill in for him.
Unfortunately, there is no such option to delete it and you will have to configure it for both templates in the future.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
