I have a booking page where the plugin does not show up. I use [ameliastepbooking].
When I edit the page in Elementor - and click "view page" everyhing looks good. Also in Elementor, if I from the main landing page click a button to go to the "booksamtale" page all is good. But - as soon as I am out from WP context the plugin does not show.
So if I logout of WP and just enter my website as a viewer/ customer the plugin does not show.
EDIT: it seems only to apply til [ameliastepbooking]. If I use [ameliabooking] it shows up.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
No problem at all, you are welcome. We are always here to help.
Yes, in 99 % of the cases, there is a conflict between Amelia and the caching plugin. Some caching plugins have optimizing options, you can exclude the Amelia files from caching and it should be working properly.
Anyway, if you have other questions, feel free to ask.

I am still learning. And this was a valuable lesson.
The culprit was a plugin - just like you said.
