According to the screenshot, the service duration is 15 minutes. You need to make sure that the employee can cover the service duration since the timeslot availability depends on the combination of these two.

For example, if the service duration is 1h and the employee is working from 09 - 17, he will able to cover service duration in increments like 09 - 10, 10 - 11, 11 - 12.

That's correct, but you also need to make sure that the option "use service duration for booking a time slot" is enabled.

If enabled, the timeslot will be displayed like this

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Hello Tom,

The employee working hours configuration was right, but the timezone settings was set to UTC. This can affect the timeslot display on the front end.

I've changed it to city (Darwin) and now the timeslots start from 09:00
