    Hi Amelia

    I have clients complaining over getting reminders even though they have all ready booked a new appointment.

    My setup is like this: I have  a 6 month SMS reminder and a 7 month Email reminder. (6 and 7 months after their first booking.)

    But it seems like the system is not recognizing/resetting a new booking with same mail if booked before 6-7 months ( before the original reminder) . It is not resetting the reminder interval according to the new booking. Hense the wrong reminder.

    Why is the reminder system not resetting when a returning customer books a new appointment?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    I've tried the credentials from the previous ticket, but seems like the creds are not correct.
