Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

We are working on integrating Amelia into our open pottery studio. The main concept involves having 20 available slots (space for 20 people) at tables and four optional pottery wheels (available at an additional cost - as an EXTRA). Prices of the services vary depending on the time, with mornings being more affordable and afternoons/weekends having higher rates.

Our goal is to provide package options to our clients. For instance:

    • SILVER PACKAGE offers 10 hours with a 10% discount on every product.
    • GOLD PACKAGE provides 25 hours with a 20% discount.

Clients should be able to book visits of 2 or 3 hours. However, I'm having difficulty finding an option to add extras (such as pottery wheels) when choosing an appointment from a package. Is there a feature that allows for this?

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Sorry for the late reply we do not work on weekends. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Extras can not be added to packages at this time.

In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.

As for different prices per day with this we can help.

You need to have 2 employees that will work on the same service and they can different prices for the same service.

So, employee A is working on that service for example from 09 to 15 and the price for that employee is 50$.

And then you can have employee B that is working on that same service for example from 15 to 17 and the price for that employee is 70$.

We plan to implement this option in Amelia in the future but for now, this can be achieved in this way.

Also. you can hide the employee choice if you do not need it in customize section like this

    Hope this helps at least.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
