Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Comment faire?

    Merci

    Hello,

I would like to be able to import appointments from my client's Doctolib website. I exported an xlsx and csv file containing all her appointments, but I can't find the option to import these appointments into your plugin.

Can you please tell me where the option is located?

I managed to import her clients, but not her appointments. How can I do that? Thank you.

    Hello there Franck,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. At this time this option is not available in Amelia and only customers can be imported. There is a good chance that this will be implemented in the future but for now this is not possible I'm afraid.

In light of this, we encourage you to kindly consider submitting this valuable suggestion as a feature request through the following link: https://features.wpamelia.com/. The prioritization of feature development is greatly influenced by the number of customer requests received. By participating and expressing your support, you contribute significantly to the potential expedited implementation of this feature.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Marko Davidovic

    Hello and thank you, Marko.

I will do as you suggested, but it's surprising to have to request such a simple and obvious functionality, especially considering the relatively high cost of this plugin...Considering, moreover, that 1 out of 3 doctors uses this platform in France...

I just checked your URL link. There are some interesting requests, and it seems like they haven't been addressed. Why is that? It's true that being able to schedule appointments without specifying a price would also be interesting. This was brought up 7 months ago, and nothing has changed. Why is that? It doesn't seem too complicated to implement.

I am somewhat disappointed with your plugin, ultimately. It's not very flexible, and it really lacks some obvious features....

    Hello again Franck,

We sincerely regret any dissatisfaction you may feel, and we understand that it's impossible to cater to every individual's preferences. We acknowledge that achieving 100% user satisfaction is a challenging feat and impossible for any plugin or software.

Regarding the suggestion feature, it's important to clarify that the mere submission of a suggestion doesn't guarantee automatic implementation. Features with a substantial number of votes receive priority for implementation, such as the cart feature, which has already been implemented, and the upcoming waiting list feature.

For features with a lower number of votes, say 5, 6, or 15 out of, for example, 100,000 votes, there is a higher likelihood that the implementation might not be immediate and could be considered for the distant future. While we currently do not accept personal customization requests, we prioritize features based on the collective needs of the majority. Features with a higher number of votes are identified and they will be implemented sooner.

We hope this clarifies how our system operates, and we sincerely appreciate your suggestion. We remain hopeful that it might be considered for implementation in the future. Thank you for your understanding and valuable input.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
