We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
we are using wpdatatables with filtering on a float field with european style formatting (comma as decimal seperator), which works fine in general but for a tiny detail:
When filtering via number range slider the max value is using standard formatting (dot as decimal seperator) instead.
The table on the related url is using a google docs spreadsheet as data source, we also have a testpage using a manually created table:
https://www.laxury.at/float-test
(passwort is "wpdatatables", whithout quotation marks)
Did we overlook a seeting or is there a way to enforce correct formatting also for the max value without resorting to javascript rewriting?
Thanks and BR;
Florian
Hello,
To begin, I want to extend my heartfelt apologies for the delayed reply,
which is due to an unexpectedly high volume of inquiries.
We truly value your patience during this period.

Yes, this is a known bug, our QA has caught it.
At the moment, we do not have a way to change the number format on the Slider, it always reverts to the dot separator.
Our developers isolated the bug, and they'll add it to their queue for fixing.
They will do their best to build a fix as soon as possible.
We don't have an ETA on when the fix will be available, but please keep a lookout on our wpDataTables changeLog.
It will be stated there during updates which bug fixes have been implemented at each update.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
