It is possible to display the email address. You would need to put a placeholder %customer_email% in the notification template, so each time (depending on the status) the customer books an appointment, the customer email will be sent to the employee.
If you want to put the "real" address, you can assign the custom field. Once the customer books an appointment, he will enter the real address, and you can put the placeholder for the custom fields in the notification template
