Unfortunately, the service does not work for Russia as it was blocked by the reseller, and the only option would be for someone outside of Russia to purchase it and you agree with them for payment.

Even with VPN, you will have to enter the credit card information which will be connected to a country and the transaction will thus be blocked.

The license renewal will be connected to PayPal account/Credit card with which it was purchased with and you will be able to update the plugin as long as the license is active and also have a premium support.
