Hi guys, we are using the Amelia (standard license) booking plugin on this website.
Our client is just wondering if the below would be possible:
1. Can we change the order so that the customer will select the date before the services, and then only display the available services for that day?
2. If the above isn't possible, would it be possible for their customer to select the service, and if their selected date is unavailable for that service then a tooltip appears with other available services on that date?
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Unfortunatelly, the booking form is designed to show the service selection field first and there is no option to change the order. The customer would need to choose the service first and based on the selection (availability) of the service, the timeslots will appear.
Regarding the second question, that's a great idea, but unfortunately, currently it's not possible.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
