In the Customize / Step by Step 2.0 / Service selection, you have the option called "order". You can select the order of the fields here. Please note, in case if you want to hide the fields, you can only hide the location and employee fields.
When you have questions or issues that are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
You can't display these selections in separate steps. The 1st step offers the selection of employees, services, and locations, so you can adjust the order, as Stefan mentioned, but you can't make your customers select the services first, then move to the next step (location), and then move to the next step (employee).
I am having the same problem, "field order" is empty and I cannot change the order of the fields. It works fine in version 7.2., but it does not work in the latest version 7.3. Could you please check? Thanks a lot

Hello Karina.
We can send you the fix, but not in this ticket since it's a public ticket.
Please open a new, Private ticket, and mention this one (PUBLIC TICKET #3564032) and one of our agents will send you the fixed version of Amelia.
Kind Regards,
