The booking form does not show the translated language (ENG), and does not send notifications in the second language (ENG). Multi Language Web, GTranslate Plugin
There was no need to translate Amelia in to English. Amelia will be translated to English automatically as soon as you set page locale language correctly.
Your page is set to Spanish language locale for both English and Spanish page
As soon as you set this to English the booking form will be translated automatically and then English notifications will be sent as well.
You need to create your site to be multilingual and when the customer selects the language on that page, Amelia will be automatically translated into that language.
Amelia works by following locale on pages, but you have to set it up.
In the version 5.6 , we added a new option, you can now set/change Customer Notification Language :
In Amelia Customers tab, in the "Edit Customer" modal you will find the Notification Language setting.
This is the language in which the customer will receive notifications for all bookings going forward,
( made from the back-end/front-end/employee panel).
It is preselected if the customer has booked on a page in the language available in Amelia notifications,
or it can be set here.
When the notification language has been saved for a customer,
then later on, even if they visit another page that has a different language locale,
this customer will still keep getting the Notifications in the same language which is saved here,
unless an Admin changes it for them on the back-end.

This should help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Thanks a lot Marko! It seems like a simple solution, but the G-Translate plugin doesn't seem to give that option in a simple way.
I'm not a programmer and I have no coding skills, but, from your experience with similar cases, how do you suggest to make the site multilingual, maybe implementing WPML or Loco translate, would they work together?
We can not say how you can do this since we are not developers either. You can reach out to your web designer and ask him how to set different pages for different languages. We would love to help more but we are no web designers so we are not familiar with this.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Hi Marko, Sorry, I don't know why you saw a comment (which we already fixed), which was before our final problem.
We were able to make the site multilingual (by purchasing the translation plugin upgrade), but sadly, when we select English, it doesn't charge the Amelia modules. Today we have to manage the invitations and we did a rollback of the multi-language, but if you have an idea why it happened it would help a lot.
I look forward to hearing from you, thank you very much
We went on your site nad we tested this and we can see that the booking form is working and we can book an appointment without any issues. You can see that in the video that we are sending you.
Now we can see that the booking form is not translated. We have explained that even if you are using some third party plugin to make it multilingual those plugins can not overwrite Amelia and you need to set your page language to en and it is still es.
This must be done if you want the booking form to be translated but as far as booking is concerned everything is working fine and we do not see any issues we have tested this on several devices several times.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
our wordpress is set to French but some part of the booking forms are still in English. See "BookingEvent" in the attached picture... this is English not French !
We also as you suggest to :
n Amelia Customers tab, in the "Edit Customer" modal you will find the Notification Language setting.
This is the language in which the customer will receive notifications for all bookings going forward,
But this doesn't exist ?? see our 2nd attachement.
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. A great deal of labels you can change in customize section like this for example
This should help.
2. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia in Starter license. Multi-language setup is not supported for Starter license.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
UPDATE
We bought the translation plugin upgrade, and we managed to make the site multilingual, but sadly, when we select English, it doesn't charge the Amelia modules. Can you help us to solve the problem? Thank you very much.
