It could be an issue with the notifications configuration. We strongly recommend changing mail service setting to SMTP or Mailgun because email that is sent with PHP Mail generally gets flagged as spam by mail servers and also can take some time to send.
Also, make sure that the notification template for "approved notifications" is enabled in notifications.
Please, double-check the email configuration by following the steps on this link and let me know if it works.
In my limited knowledge it doesn't seem to be a mail server issue. All other notifications are working. It seems to be an issue with the "Approve Appointment Link" and that use to work great until a few weeks ago. If I go into the program and approve a booking it sends the notification but if I approve the booking through the link it may (or may not) approve it but it doesn't send a notification. Also, when I click the "Approve Appointment Link" in email it sends me to my website homepage which I don't think it use to do that.
We can't replicate this issue. Here's the Pending email for the employee:
And when the link is clicked, these are the emails received by the employee and the customer:
Please ignore the placeholders in the employee email - they are not relevant, but were used for testing other functionalities.
We can check this out on your website, so please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

That's the way mine use to work. The same thing happens whether I use my computer or my phone. I have deleted the link and re-pasted it. Anything else you would recommend I try? Could it be because I'm on a Mac?
I don't believe that's the issue, Mitch, since half of our team uses Macs.

When I approve a booking from my employee notification it does approve the date but does not send an approved notification to customer or employee.
