Amelia isn't recognizing log-ins or user roles. As you can see my user is both an Amelia Customer and Amelia Employee but they do not show up in the Amelia Customers section and when I try to look at the shortcodes it prompts me to log in and it doesn't allow me to even when I enter in my wordpress log in information for both the customer and employee logins.
if-tv.com/employee
if-tv.com/appointments
If I'm logged in and my user is a member of Amelia Customer I would expect that I shouldn't have to log in again and also if my user is an Amelia Employee I would expect the same.
Also I'm noticing if I try to book when I'm logged in, it's not autofilling out all of my information, it's leaving my phone number blank.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Well, that's a problem. When your user has multiple roles assigned to his name, it creates a conflict. That means that each user needs to have a unique user role, whether is an admin, customer, employee, etc.
For an admin user, you want to make sure that the user only has an admin user role, as you will use this user to control all options in the backend (admin is the user with all the privileges)
The same goes for the customer and employee. You can't use the user with the admin user role to log in to the employee/customer panel.
You can find more infomration regarding the User Roles on this link.
Can they have other roles like Shop Manager (Woocommerce), and Administrator (WordPress), or can they only have Amelia Employee, Amelia Customer, and Amelia Manager for the plugin to work properly?
While we don't recommend mixing any of the user roles, i believe they can. Mixing user roles like admin or employee or customer will certainly reproduce the conflict, but since the other user role is related to Woocommerce for example, i believe it can work.

Hello Keary,
You are welcome!
