Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi there!

    1. When I go to the customer panel, the top tab is Appointments and the second tab is Events. Can I remove the Appointments tab so only the Events tab shows? At the very least, can I put the Events tab on top?

Similarly, when I go to the Notifications option on the back end, can I truncate the Appointments on the top since I do not take in appointments?

    2. Additionally, how can I view an expired event? I would like to be able to view my list of event attendees in the future.

    3. Finally, When I get to the second stage of registering for an event, the Ticket Counter appears again, although I was able to remove it everywhere else. Is there a way to remove this one as well? See the attached screenshot, noticing where it shows tickets and the counter.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When you have multiple questions or issues please open a new ticket for each subject, and we will help/advise more effectively.

In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other users or our support agents can find them easily.

Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket for the reasons described already.

    Thank you for understanding.

    1. When I go to the customer panel, the top tab is Appointments and the second tab is Events. Can I remove the Appointments tab so only the Events tab shows? At the very least, can I put the Events tab on top? - You can remove appointments via our shortcode Amelia Shortcodes and Front-end Implementation

    1. [ameliacustomerpanel events=1] if you want to show only Events

    2. Similarly, when I go to the Notifications option on the back end, can I truncate the Appointments on the top since I do not take in appointments? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.

    3. Additionally, how can I view an expired event? I would like to be able to view my list of event attendees in the future. - All events that you had you can find in Amelia by adjusting the time range search

    4. Finally, When I get to the second stage of registering for an event, the Ticket Counter appears again, although I was able to remove it everywhere else. Is there a way to remove this one as well? See the attached screenshot, noticing where it shows tickets and the counter. - No, you can not remove this since you are selling ticket for that event this can not be removed.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket .

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful weekend.

    Kind Regards,
