HI There
I am in the process of setting up my calendar and I cannot get Saturday to work. I have Tuesday and Thursdays loaded into working hours 9am-5pm but Saturday is loaded with the same hours but not showing.
Is there something I have done wrong?
Can you help please?
Thanks
Kimberli
Hello Kimberli,
Thanks for reaching out to us. If you configure the employee working hours according to the days of the weeks, the timeslots for all of them should be displayed in the booking form.
For example, if you configure the working days like this
The employee will be available for booking on all days. Perhaps, you have days off configured?
Also, please note that the working hours need to be configured in the employee working schedule not in the Global Working Hours.
Please, double check and let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
