We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello Joanna,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Regarding creating a subdomain, i have found an article where everything is explained regarding the steps that you need to do to create a subdomain. You have the section named "How to Create a Subdomain". See if you can find it useful.
Also, just to mention -
Currently, Amelia doesn't have the 'multi-vendor' option.
Each Employee can only see his own bookings, but can not see any other employee's bookings;
But an Amelia Manager can see everything, it is not possible to 'hide the other business' if that makes sense.
You can see more about each Amelia user role explained here.
-
There is a possibility that it will be available in the future with the developer license, but we can't say an ETA on it.
If you wish to affect the development speed for this,
please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
- At this moment, the only workarounds can be:
1. For example, if you purchase the developer license,
you can have unlimited separate domains/sites for different vendors;
2. Or, you can make a multi-site environment ( with any licence, because each licence has an unlimited number of sub-domains available),
where each sub-site would be for another vendor. ( another Barbershop)
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
