We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good morning, I would like to know if it is possible to create personalized order statuses and send personalized notifications based on the employee they are associated with, for example:
CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT:
employee 1 -> notification 1
employee 2-> notification 2
CANCEL APPOINTMENT:
employee 1 -> notification 3
employee 2-> notification 4
A thousand thanks
Hello Giulia,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
While you can configure the custom notifications, the default ones, work in this way.
If there is an employee assigned to the service, once the customer chooses the service and books an appointment, both the customer and the employee will receive a notification based on the status of the appointment. If the status is pending, then the notifications template for pending will be sent. The same goes for the approved, canceled etc.
As said, you can configure the custom notifications, and you can also choose the notification type, appointment status, message and etc
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hello Stefan,
Yes, I've seen how they work.
However, I would need two different notifications on the confirmed status for example. Because depending on the employee to whom it is assigned, the text of the notification will change. It's possible?
The problem is that if I associate two custom notifications with the "confirmed" status, both notifications will arrive... while I only need one notification for each employee. For this reason my idea was to have two statuses: confirmed 1 and confirmed 2, to be able to associate a notification with each one. I hope I explain myself well..
Hello Giulia,
The workaround would be to create new custom notifications with the confirmed status, but this will only work if each employee is assigned to each service. So, employee 1 - service 1, employee 2 - service 2.
In custom notifications, you also have the option to select "send only this notification".
For each notification, you have the option to select the service to which it applies, so if the notification is assigned to service 1 for example, only employee 1 (who is assigned to this service) and the customer will receive an email (depending on the status)
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
