Hi there, just configured some packages and found two issues related to it:

    1. Once a customer has purchased a package, if they goes to step booking form 2.0, they'll still see prompt to purchase packages, or skip the purchase and pay original price, this shouldn't happen

    2. The only way to actually use packages to book appointment is through the customer portal? (correct me if i'm wrong) However this way customer don't get a chance to fill in custom fields and buy extras, which is very important

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, that is correct. Customers need to book the rest of the appointments that are part of the package from a customer panel. Packages work differently from single appointments in the sense that they can fill in custom fields only once when they book the package. This is designed with terms and conditions in mind. So when they try to book a new appointment they can not see and fill in custom fields I'm afraid. And also extras are not available for packages. So what you are trying to achieve is not possible at this time.
