Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Situation:
Integration done with Google Calendar
Appointments are added to the Amelia planning. Synchro with Google Calendar is done correctly.
Issue:
Delete an appointment on Amelia planning (single and recuring appointments)
=> the appointments are NOT deleted on Google Calendar
Delete an appointment on Google Calendar (single and recuring appointments)
=> the appointments are NOT deleted on Amelia Planning

Actually I have a big issue.
I bought the pro licence to have packages.
I deactivate the plugin, upload the zip and reactivate the plugin with the new licence key.
==> all my data have been deleted. I have no more employee, services, parameters ...
