I have configured several services with several seats each, but after having a reservation of 1 occupied seat, it does not allow to reserve any more seats. Could you please tell me how to make it possible to reserve several seats in the same service?
You want to make sure that the maximum capacity of people is set to 2 or above. In this way, you are giving the possibility for the customers to book the same timeslot (depending on the configuration) or to book an appointment for several people until the maximum number of people is reached.

Allow booking above maximum capacity - If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to book appointment with Pending status above the maximum capacity. Once the maximum capacity is reached appointment will close and time slot will become unavailable.
Allow booking below minimum capacity - If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity, but once they book for any capacity above minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others. If enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.
Alternatively, you can provide the WP admin access so i can log in to take a look.
Well, the service duration is 24 hours, which is a full day. The employee is only able to cover one timeslot (which is 24h)
Since he is booked already for one timeslot, there will be no other timeslots available. You could create a couple of employees and assign them to the service, since after employee 1 is already booked, other employees will be available for booking.
As previously mentioned, you can create multiple employees and assign them to the service, so in this way, once employee 1 is booked, the rest of the employees will be available for booking. This is not the most convenient way, but, the service should not be used for the duration of 24h. If the service duration is 1h, then multiple timeslots will appear since the employee can cover them if his working schedule is 08 - 16.
Then the maximum capacity of service makes sense, as well.

But I have seen in the demos that in the classes, yoga for example, there is the same employee for the same time and in the whole service. and you can book several people for the same time and employee. But I have not managed to have the same service with only one "employee" in the same schedule.

That's correct, but the issue here is that the maximum service duration is 24h and the employee is working for the whole service duration, so 24h. He is only able to cover the service duration once. If you take a look at the backend demo of Yoga, you can see that the service duration is from 1h to 1:30h
So, if the customer books an appointment for the employee, he is going to be able to cover the service duration once and thus is not going to be available for the selected day. That's why i suggested creating other employes, otherwise, it's not possible.
