We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, we currently offer three services which the customer can select from. These are available for all dates that we provide these services.
This facility works well.
I want to add a new service (which is not a problem) but, I only want that (one) new service to be available on two specific dates. Is this possible without affecting the other services on all the other available dates?
I can see how to switch off any of the service, but it affects all dates. Is a date dependant option available for a particular service? Possibly something like the employee availability being available for only one service on a given date or a range of dates.
Is this possible or something for you to consider for a future release?
Hello Siggi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
While the working schedule that has been configured for an employee applies for each day weekly, there is also an option called "special days". This option will let you configure the special day (working time) for an employee that will overwrite the "standard" working schedule. That being said, you can create an employee, assign him to a particular service, and configure the special days and only those times will be available when a customer selects that particular service.
Please, find more information on this link.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
