I have Amelia Wp Booking system on my clients website which is also managed by WPML for translations. Everything is working except the notifications. Whenever I make a booking from the German or Dutch part of the website I get the englsih email templates, not Dutch or German respectively. I have followed the Troubleshooting AmelIa Notification video but no luck. Am I doing something wrong?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have the same problem. All other translations are working and even variables within the booking confirmation are translated like the location description and the event description and the event name in the subject line but the notification itself doesn't get translated but remains in the primary language. I am also on WPML.
Yes, I did that already and my problem has been solved. Thank you. The customer default language gets set when a customer first books. I booked with my email address and the language was already set to English, so most of the notifications came in English. If the customer books on the correct website language for the first time, everything is fine. Thank you.
