I have a problem, that I would like to have a 15-minute buffer in between all appointments. But if I check 15 before and after, I will get a 30 Min. buffer in between if both appointments are booked with Amelia.
If I just put 15Min. before I would have a problem with my and the employees' google calendar appointments we put in manually. Because we won't get the 15-minute buffer after the Amelia Appointment. It could then happen that we don't have a buffer at all. The only solution I can see would be to put in a buffer manually on the google calender appointments which is a bit of a pain.
Not sure what the issue is exactly but we will try to help as best as we can. As far as we understand you want to show buffer time in the Google calendar. If this is the case you can achieve this easily by enabling this option in settings - integrations like this
Hope this helps.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Buffer time is set for service so when you click and edit service you will see buffer time option and you can set it there. When you set buffer 15 buffer time before and after this will show as 30 minutes gap. So test and see what option suits you the best is it only before or after or both.

Well, I know and that is just the point. There is no suitable option to have 15 Minutes BEFORE, AFTER, AND BETWEEN, which makes it impossible to have a 15-minute gap between the sessions.
This is a bit disappointing. 15 Minutes would be the sweet spot for us.
The only solution is to have only 15 Minutes before OR after, then you will get 15 in between if it's only Amelia appointments. But it messes then with all the private or other apps from Google calender which I would need to adjust with a manual gap every time. Not very convenient.
If you want only 15 minutes gaps you can set that you have 15 minutes buffer after the service. This creates that 15 minutes gap between appointments. There is not much else that we can suggest. If you need 15 minutes only then you do not need before and after only after and then they will get this 15 minutes gap.

Hi Marko,
that is not exactly the solution I would like. How can I set a 15-minute buffer in between apps?
That would be the first solution I would need.
I would like BEFORE and AFTER and BETWEEN 15-Minute Buffer. This is the solution I would need.
