New Customer in Employee Panel

    Hi, I see that the functionality to create a new customer while creating a new appointment in the Employee Panel is not available.

    This is really bad, because it limits the Employee ability to create a new appointment only to existing customers, which is really not the norm.

    Is there a workaround of any kind?

    I have seen that also in Amelia an Employee cannot create a new customer but only a Manager.

    This is quite strange: normally a doctor has the ability to book an appointment to a new customer by its own, without having to ask to a manager.

    This is especially true when there is no manager but only a doctor with its website getting appointments via Amelia.

    Pls help

    Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. At the moment employees can create customers and there is no workaround for this I'm afraid.
