I decided to ask here after 3 days of unsuccessful attempts watching all videos and reading all documentation available but I don't seem to get anywhere.
Long story short I want to completely hide the employee section from every step and part of Amelia's front-end.
I managed to hide and not display the employee part from the back end and make it not mandatory in the steps but it's still showing towards the end of the booking when a booking is complete and in the cart preview.
See image attached.
Of course, logically this wouldn't have posed an issue if creating Amelia's booking didn't force creating an employee (which I failed to understand the logic behind this development) :( .
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience!
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out!
Thank you for your understanding and we will close this duplicate ticket now.
Service work hours and days depend on your employee work hours. Your services can not function without employees this is how Amelia is designed. So on the backend you need to have access to employees and you need to use them but on the front you can hide the option some in customize section and some via CSS. Those strings that you have sent in the screenshot must be hidden via CSS. There is no option to hide it in the customize section. So please try and hide them via CSS if you are not able to do it please send us the URL of that page so that we can try to achieve this for you if possible.
