Amelia looks great for what my client needs. But since they're a big business and have around 2-3,000 bookings per month, I want to check if Amelia and WP can handle that. That would be around 30,000 bookings per year (also users as they should be able to cancel or modify or see past bookings).
All the appointment bookings will be for online meetings using Google Meet, all paid when booking, and we will sync the employee's Google Calendar with their Amelia calendar (available slots).
How many customers and appointments can Amelia handle?
Yes, you should be able to achieve all of these things with Amelia. There are no limitations as far as Amelia is concerned. Everything is stored in your database and everything depends on your memory limit and we do not have access to any of the data. But 16 GB should be more than enough.

We will use Cloudways (16GB RAM) with Cloudflare.
