    I'd like to wish you all the best for 2024. Thank you for all your hard work in creating this beautiful tool!

    I'm looking for a solution on the Amélia tool so that reservations made by my customers don't block the time slot before I validate it - is there a way to do this?
    I'm sorry if the solution is easy, but I have to admit that when you don't use it very often, the plugin is so complete that some of the options aren't so obvious.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, and for your wishes and kind words. We are doing our best to improve the user experience even more with future updates.

    Regarding the timeslot, you can configure the default status to pending, but once the customer books an appointment, that timeslot will be not available on the booking form, even if it's in the pending status. This also depends on the maximum capacity of people, if set to 2 or above, then the same timeslot will be available for booking, but the same customer can book the same timeslot.

    However, I can't find the right solution for the reservation : I've implemented the plugin on a venue that welcomes the public, with the need to register in advance. Each group can identify a leader and be accompanied, and there can be several groups.

    The idea is therefore not to be overwhelmed by too many people, but also to be able to open the reservation to more than one person for a time slot (so that the first person doesn't block an opportunity to reserve for the following ones).

    Is there a way of doing this?

    Hello Fabrice,

    This is how it works. If you configure the maximum capacity in service settings to 2 or above, the timeslot will be available for booking by other customers until the maximum capacity is reached. This also depends on the option called "Allow booking below minimum capacity:"

    If this is disabled, your front-end customers won't be able to submit a booking unless they fill in the minimum service capacity,
    but once they book for any capacity above the minimum, the time slot will become unavailable for booking for others.
    If enabled, multiple customers will be able to book the same time slot, without having to fill in the minimum capacity.

    Let's say that you have a maximum capacity of 5 for a service and the default status is set to pending. The appointment will be marked as pending in the appointment section, but the same timeslot will be available for booking. In this way, the customers will have the opportunity to book timeslots until the maximum capacity is reached.
